About the Role:

As a Sales Lead Generator at Woodley BioReg, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B leads within the healthcare and Life Sciences/pharmaceutical industry. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively research prospective client companies and potential Decision Makers
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn, attending events, and testing new initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to understand business requirements
  • Arrange and follow up on meetings
  • Meet minimum call and KPIs
  • Update and maintain prospect records in line with Sales Team guidelines
  • Maintain a calendar of booked meetings and follow up with the sales team to assess meeting quality and follow-up activity
  • Stay informed about current projects and customer base
  • Assist the Marketing department with event and mailing follow-up as necessary
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping using our CRM tool
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate new leads and enhance brand awareness
